Simple Tahini Treats (Veggie lover + GF)

These treats start with whisking tahini and maple syrup into a smooth combination. Hot tip? Not all brands of tahini are made equivalent! We find it more straightforward to work with tahini that is smooth and drippy versus thick and pale. - 1/2 cup tahini, unsalted and smooth (see our tahini survey for our cherished brands)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 ¼ cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup custard starch (additionally called custard flour)
- 1/2 tsp baking pop
- 1/2 tsp ocean salt
- 1/4 cup crude sesame seeds
- Preheat the broiler to 350 F (176 C) and line a baking sheet with material paper.
